David Dodson, M.D., FACP

Double board-certified in internal medicine and infectious disease. Practicing in West Palm Beach since 1985 and founder of the Travelers Medical Service.

Alexander G. Carden, M.D.

Double board-certified in internal medicine and infectious disease, and certified in tropical medicine and travelers’ health. Former CDC Epidemic Intelligence Service officer.

Board-certified in internal medicine and infectious disease. Practicing in Palm Beach County since 2005 and a clinical professor who teaches the next generation of physicians.

Leadership in our local hospitals
Our physicians have served as Chief of Staff at Good Samaritan Hospital, St. Mary’s Hospital and Intracoastal Health System; as Chief of Infectious Disease and Director of Infection Control at Good Samaritan Medical Center; and as Chairman of the Infection Control Committee at JFK Medical Center. Dr. de Almeida is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Drexel University College of Medicine and the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
